• Property details, tenant information and payment records you enter
• Usage data — pages visited and features used, to improve the product
• Payment information is processed by Stripe and is never stored on our servers

2. How we use your data

• To provide and operate the RentFlow service
• To send automated rent reminders to your tenants on your behalf
• To send you important product updates and billing notifications
• We never sell your data to third parties — ever

3. Data storage

All data is stored on EU-based servers (Supabase, Frankfurt region). We are fully GDPR compliant. You can export or permanently delete all your data at any time by contacting us at hello@rentflow.io.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies only — to keep you logged in and remember your session preferences. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or any third-party analytics cookies. See our Cookie Policy for full details.
