Everything you need to get started with RentFlow
After signing up, go to Properties and click 'Add property'. Enter the address, monthly rent, and any notes. Next, go to Tenants and add your tenant's name, email, and lease dates. RentFlow will automatically link them to the property. The whole process takes under two minutes.
Go to the Payments tab to see all upcoming and overdue payments. When your tenant pays, click 'Mark as paid' — this logs the date and updates the payment status instantly. You can also view a full history of all payments per property from the Reports section.
On the Pro plan, RentFlow automatically emails your tenant 3 days before rent is due — every month, without you doing anything. If a payment is overdue, a follow-up reminder is sent automatically. You can also send manual reminders at any time from the Action Center. No configuration needed.
Each tenant has a unique, private portal link — go to the Tenants page and tap the 'Portal' link next to any tenant's name. Copy and share it with your tenant via email or message. Your tenant can then view their lease summary, payment history and documents without needing to log in.
You can attach a document URL to each tenant (e.g. a Google Drive or Dropbox link to their tenancy agreement). The link will appear in their portal so they can access it anytime. Full document upload and storage is coming in a future update.
The Free plan is free forever. To upgrade to Pro or Premium, go to your Profile page and click 'Manage subscription'. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Paid plans are billed monthly with no long-term commitment. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
